Sylvain Assez General BB 9600 are former BB 9400 modified to be used with push-pull regional trains. BB 9617 is former BB 9429. Maximal speed for BB 9400 = 130 km/h - 80 mph, and for BB 9600 = 140 km/h - 87 mph. BB 9400 and 9600 are now all outduty. 8/12/2012 10:08:12 AM
